1. Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are included. Request pet-safe or eco products when you book.
2. Do you run background checks?
All team members undergo background and reference checks before assignment.
3. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded. Ask for details if you need verification for a job.
4. Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.
5. Can I request the same maid for each home cleaning?
Yes. We do our best to match the same maid for recurring appointments.
6. Can I recommend a same day service?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
