Eliot and his team stepped in and truly saved the sale. Not only did they handle the technical work, but Eliot went the extra mile by speaking directly with the buyers to explain the process and put their minds at ease. Because of his transparency and professionalism, we were able to close on time. They finished the work within the first month of the new owner moving in and kept everyone in the loop with flawless communication. Elliot and his specialized teams were a pleasure to work with in my experience. My project included many different aspects of construction including drywall, ceiling repair, floor installation, baseboards, paint, and closet door installation.
